Increase Openness, Connection and Flexibility with Therapists in Oregon and Washington

Our Portland-based therapists help you live your best life through openness and connection. We offer in-person sessions in Oregon and virtual sessions for clients physically located in Oregon at the time of their appointment.

Abri, located in Portland, Oregon, is the first psychotherapy clinic globally to specialize in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT) for conditions characterized by over-control. Established by LiLin Hally, LCSW, and Kirsten McAteer, LPC, Abri draws on over forty years of combined clinical expertise in treating adults and adolescents with eating disorders, depression, and treatment-resistant anxiety. Each clinician at Abri has undergone intensive training in RO DBT and participates in ongoing training and supervision to ensure the highest quality of care.

Note: If you live in Washington, you can still see an Abri therapist, but your sessions must take place while you are physically in Oregon (for example, at our office or virtually from a location in Oregon).
